We greatly enjoyed our stay here. It was a very comfortable experience during our visit to Singapore. The location was fantastic and convenient, right by the bus station and local markets, with easy access to Novena and the island. it was close to downtown and many tourist attractions.

This hotel has a great location that's really convenient since it's right next to a bus station, making it easy to get around.

Flat screen TV with good channels, mostly sports. Reception was bad on some but didn't really matter because we didn't watch much. Cleaning service was good. We enjoyed coming back to the hotel an finding it spick and span. Convenient to get to town as there are buses and train stations. Taxis are easy to come by too. You pay for what you get. It's cheap and we had a pleasant experience.

Very small toilet, hardly any room to manoeuvre. Floor was cold, but since it's a budget hotel we didn't expect any carpets, plus they would be harder to clean. Bedsheets weren't fitted, so they tended to come loose by the time it was morning. There was an omnipresent smell of cigarette smoke on the fifth floor, probably something to do with the ventilation system even though it was a non-smoking floor. We found it mildly annoying but bearable. It was also very cold in the hallway.

The room is tidy and clean. Value for those on budget/backpackers.

However MRT is not near for walking distance. You need to take bus to go Novena Station which is inconvenience. There are few ktv/lounge around that area (Balestier) which made that area full of prostitute.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Fragrance Hotel - Rose. This hotel offers excellent value for budget-conscious travelers. Its strategic location near a bus station makes getting around the city very convenient. Plus, you can easily walk to nearby shopping centres and convenience stores.

the cleaner seems like cleaning 24hours , even mid night oso can hear them walking and outside the room. But the room is clean, so well done cleaner!

The food was GOOD with a wide range of choice!

Robertson Quay and Boat Quay are great spots to relax!

The rooms, though small, were recently renovated and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, with easy access to Robertson Quay and Boat Quay, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the city's vibrant atmosphere. It was a great choice for a couples' trip, providing comfort and value for your money.

My children wanted more space to play.

The rooms are comfortable especially after a tiring trip. The bus stops are near the hotel. There is a convenient store beside the hotel and a money changer across the road. The hotel staffs are courteous and helpful especially the Filipino receptionists.

The place is not walking distance with the city or any mrt station. The numbers of the buses that you need to ride to go to a specific place is quite difficult to memorize.

The staff was really kind and helpfull! She helped us buying universal studios tickets, showed us the bus we should take, etc. The room was small but clean, and they offered us an upgrade to a bigger room without asking for it. I would estay here again.

The wc was in the same space that the shower so it was always wet. They don't have breakfast.

Transportation: Very close to a bus stop, making it convenient to get the bus to go to the city or MRT station. Location: Close to the pathway to Changi airport, making it easy for travelers.

No claims at all except if it was possible I use night flight 23 pm so if it was possible after 10 nights get free extension means 5 pm will be great for foreigner like I , could get shower for a while

petite rooms motivate you to spend most of your time in Singapore outside where it is best anyway.. and just come to the room to shower/sleep. Good location for convenient transportation - direct buses to Clark Quay, Orchard Road, the MTRs (too long to walk to Novena) / even to the MTR line which heads to airport

there were some flying insects coming out of the drain and there are no windows... room had a cigarette smell although on a non-smoking floor... It is a bit funny to refer to the room as "superior" ;)
